Cadence was a human settlement on the southeastern [[Mainland]]. Little more than a village, Cadence nonetheless played an important role in Echelon's history, being the birthplace of hero [[Savako Hatch]] and the site of the demise of [[The Determined|Determined]] hero [[Casimiri Pickles]].
