Blick Regbar

Blick Regbar was a dwarf criminal and arsonist who lived during the Light Age. He was partially responsible for the escape of Sekano Neko, Jeraline Cooper, Elsanna Aerondell, and Tairis Mactire from the Arlanestran Territories, and the prevention of the Steel Timeline. Blick was killed fleeing Arcana Regulation Bureau agents in the badlands near Centennial Hill.
