Urim

The Urim were an esoteric group of evil clerics who ruled the underground tower of Parec Bitan in the Whispering Valley. They were powerful religious figures who demanded obedience, and sometimes even worship, from their followers. Dominating Parec Bitan with an iron fist, the Urim were swift in their punishments and fanatical in their belief that a messianic figure would reward their service at the end of the Whispering Timeline.
