Odiss Pennant was a human male who lived in the Middle Era. He was born a Velgassi Empire noble from a respected Imperial House. After escaping the Empire during a period of civil strife, he led his subjects to the southern Elsir Vale and established a kingdom there. The Pennant Regency flourished for hundreds of years until the rise of Vecna and the Determined.
