The Dragon Federation was an alliance of three ancient and storied city-states, and their territories, in the Elsir Vale on Echelon's Mainland.
Kodonholm: The Gold Dragon
Kodonholm was, at the time, the oldest inhabited city in the world.
Calogero: The Silver Dragon
The seaside port city of Calogero was the birthplace, and final resting place, of Kevice Dryadson, Determined hero.
Galvanheim: The Bronze Dragon
The fortress city of Galvanheim was known the world over for its adamantine walls, Overshield, and success as one of two original surviving Dark Cities from the Dark Age.
