The Solstice Contract was a unilateral treaty signed by the Kessler Dominion and the kingdom of Chernarus in the year 599 LA, effectively ending the Chernaran-Kessler Cold War Among the terms of the agreement was Kessler's unconditional surrender of all its territories, reducing the Dominion to a vassal state.
