Rion Clyde

Rion Clyde was a Frontier sheriff and, for a brief time, Arcana Regulation Bureau commander. An Arlanestran sympathizer, he was responsible for maintaining order in the town of Centennial Hill. Clyde was unceremoniously shot and killed by Catalina Erstanzo during a secret meeting, in which he threatened that the Frontier would soon be under government control and its freedoms stripped away.
