Raquel Sunbourne

Raquel Sunbourne was a half-elf who lived in the 6th and 7th centuries of the Light Age. She was most well known as the first Queen of the Arlanestran Territories, and the prime political instigator of Arlanestra's rebellion from the kingdom of Chernarus, where she served as Viceroy.
