The Bloodcharm, also known as the Rubicundus or Rubicund Charm, was a powerful magical relic. Created by the Thaedran Imperium as part of a set of artifacts, the Bloodcharm became famous in 2348 LA when it was used to temporarily defeat the grand kraken Seaeater.
History
The Bloodcharm was created around 1891 LA by unknown means. The warlock Sifulkari, a Thaedran grand magister, originally created the Key to Infinity (which included the Bloodcharm) to unlock the secrets of the multiverse. Their hope was to achieve apotheosis via the Transmutation Theory, an idea posed by Mordenkainen the arch-wizard millennia before Sifulkari.
