Harbingers of Vecna

The Harbingers of Vecna were a group of five chromatic dragon liches in service to the god of undeath. Seeking forbidden power through the art of necromancy-- an idea anathema to most dragons-- the five Harbingers were promised rule over Echelon in exchange for their efforts to help Vecna bypass the Celestial Seal.

In Vecna's Timeline, the Harbingers fulfilled their destiny and dominated the planet.
