Pev Jessup was a human deputy-turned Arcana Regulation Bureau agent. He sold out the Frontier to advance his own interests, as well as those of his boss, Sheriff Clyde. He was shot and killed by Catalina Erstanzo in the wake of the destruction of the dreadnought Zero Hour in the 9th century LA.
