("Glavia" redirects here)

Almantha, also known as Glavia, was a continent in the southern hemisphere. It was historically home to the mighty and long-lasting Glavian Empire, and the continent became so associated with the nation that the Empire and the landmass became synonymous during the Middle Era. This genericization in nomenclature was prevalent in the Middle Era, and nearly absolute in the Dark and Light Ages.

After the resistance against Glavian expansion rose, the interchangeability of the two names began to wane. Once the goddess Undine, a hated enemy of the Glavian Empire, achieved apotheosis in 2358 LA, the aboriginal name "Almantha" became more and more widespread.
