Keela was a green dragon who lived in the Middle Era. He was one of the five Harbingers of Vecna, a cadre of chromatic dragons who agreed to serve the god in exchange for rulership over various lands of Echelon. Keela was defeated in battle and slain in 848 ME in the Astral Sea by Quinn North.
