Shadowfield Abeyance

The Shadowfield Abeyance was the name given to an event in the late 8th century of the Middle Era. It occurred as a result of paladins of the Church of the Tetrarchs slaying so-called "heretics" in the Shadowfield region of the Nentir Vale. It was characterized as a total and irrevocable sapping of access to divine powers.
