The Raven Queen

The Raven Queen was a deity who generally served the other Celestials and acted as intermediary between them and the Prime Evil. She was responsible for guiding dead souls through the Ethereal Plane and down the River Styx to the appropriate afterlife. The Raven Queen was also known as Kelemvor, a masculine ferryman, and both had a stoic and uncompromising manner.

The Raven Queen was also the goddess of inevitable time, and took great pains to protect the world from chronomancy.
