Cape Noble

Cape Noble was a mid-sized port town on Sterling Isle in the Stardragon Sea. At one time, the town was a part of an alliance of city-states, but it persisted after the dissolution of the alliance following the rise of Seaeater the kraken. It was notably the home of Mimic's Heart crewmember Rachel Warder.
