Bastion Castle

Bastion Castle was a long-standing dwarven fortress which guarded an important pass at the edge of the Brackish Mountains. The original structure and main wall was built sometime during the Ancient World. Over the course of its long history, it was besieged, repaired, and added on to by numerous factions and nations. The wall and most of the supporting structures were completely obliterated during the Dark Age. Although the maze-like substructures were left largely intact, the pass and the castle itself was not reclaimed or rebuilt throughout the following Light Age.
