The Great Pharoahs, the Desert Pharaohs, or the Pharaohs of the Sands were all names given to the collective rulers of the Red Desert in the Ancient World. Their oppressive regimes were marked by constant suffering, as most demanded their subjects worship them as gods.
As part of his last works, Mordenkainen the arch-wizard systematically overthrew and destroyed the Pharoahs in a decades-long campaign.
