The Millennial Spell was an attempt by the Sovereign Seven to siphon all magic in the Material Plane. The Spell was initially cast at the Temple of Numbers in 305 BME. It was one of the only 10th-level spells known to exist.
In a complex series of events, the Millennial Spell also became a focal point in the Blue Timeline of the Shattered Prophecy.
