Astorwratha the Blue was one of the five Harbingers of Vecna, and a blue dragon of great power and intellect. She was responsible for the subjugation of Calitha and the temporary defeat of Kevice Dryadson.
Astorwratha was eventually killed by the remaining Determined heroes in 848 ME, just prior to the Ultima War.
