Tyndyrth was a powerful gold dragon who was born the Ancient World, lived through the entirety of the Middle Era, and survived briefly into the Dark Age. They eventually grew so wise that they were known as the "Dragon Oracle", or Draracle, to the denizens of the Elsir Vale. Tyndyrth single-handedly defended Elder City during the Ultima War, using their powers as an Exarch of Bahamut to repel Vecna's forces. They were the patron protector of the village of Cadence, and often advised the townspeople during the Middle Era.

Tyndyrth suffered greatly during the first months of the Dark Age. After the Null infected the world, their spirit was wracked with melancholy and sorrow after the pyrrhic victory in the Ultima War. In the early 2nd year DA, the gold dragon either passed away, or was recalled to Mount Celestia, their duty as Bahamut's Exarch complete.
